As USANA?s Vice President of Customer Service Mr. Bergstrom is responsible for the corporate direction of USANA?s customer service initiatives. His specific responsibilities include call center and customer service operations in North America and the development of athlete relations and endorsements for USANA. The North American customer service operation centers include distributor services order entry data processing and will call.

Prior to joining USANA Health Sciences Mr. Bergstrom filled a variety of roles within several industry sectors. His responsibilities included sales & marketing international quality and operations within several companies including Hexcel Corporation Bechtel International and First Interstate Bank.

Mr. Bergstrom holds bachelor?s degrees in engineering and finance and a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
